Mondano features a new menu each month, with the freshest seasonal offerings from across the globe. Here's what you can expect in March.  (All dishes subject to availability at the time of your visit.)

Artisan New York-Style Pizzas for March

Hand-stretched, 10-inch pies baked on steel with gourmet toppings.

  • 12The Classic Mozzarella
    San Marzano tomato sauce, hand-shredded whole-milk mozzarella, and a whisper of fresh oregano.
  • 13The Margherita
    Hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, torn basil, and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.
  • 15The Mondano Bianca
    Crisp bacon, gorgonzola dolce, and a drizzle of hot honey, topped with peppery fresh arugula.
  • 16The Mortadella
    San Marzano tomato sauce, delicate mortadella, fresh burrata, and toasted pistachios, finished with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 16The Personal Pagash
    An 8-inch round, double-crusted white pizza filled with handmade mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, and a creamy four-cheese blend.

    Pan-seared Irish-style potato cakes with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, fresh dill, and capers. (gluten-free)

    Shaved green papaya, crisp vegetables & toasted peanuts tossed in a bright chili-lime dressing, finished with fresh herbs and crisp rice paper. Add grilled shrimp for $9. (vegan without the shrimp; gluten-free)

    One pound of wine-steamed Prince Edward Island blue mussels with spicy red arrabbiata sauce. (gluten-free upon request)

    Traditional Irish potato soupo with cabbage & leeks, enriched with cream and topped with crisp bacon and chives. (vegan on request by substituting the cream and removing the bacon; gluten-free)

    A fragrant blend of red lentils, coconut milk and warm spices, finished with fresh lime and herbs. (vegan, gluten-free)

    A crisp breaded pork cutlet topped with a rustic bell pepper & tomato sauce, served with buttered spaetzle and wine-braised red cabbage. (vegan on request by substituting house-made seitan for the pork; gluten-free on request by substituting the spaetzle and breadcrumbs with gluten-free versions)
